NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. The NAMI HelpLine (1-800-950-6264), which operates Monday through Friday, 7 am– 3 pm, PST, is staffed by volunteers who are working to answer questions, offer support and provide practical next steps.
