NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. They do this through supporting individuals with mental illness, family members & caregivers of those with mental illness, as well as teens & young adults.

They offer:
  • Support Groups for those with mental illness and those who care about someone with a mental illness

  • The NAMI HelpLine (1-800-950-6264), which operates Monday through Friday, 7 am– 3 pm, PST, is staffed by volunteers who are working to answer questions, offer support and provide practical next steps.

  • The HelpLine Online Knowledge and Resource Center is available and offers an extensive library of valuable information and answers to our most frequently asked questions.

  • Mental Health Education
