One way to learn about these is to call 211 to inquire or to simply google "______ county COVID-19 rental assistance." It is important to read the information, check eligibility and application details and see when applications are open. If they are not yet open, there may be a place to put your contact information to be notified or you may need to check back every few days. It is extremely important to apply for assistance as soon as applications become available as they will typically be reviewed in the order in which they were received. So plan ahead, gather all required documents, and set aside time on the day of to apply.
