TimelyCare is a free virtual mental health and well-being program for students. This service will provides students access to:

• •Scheduled Counseling regardless of where you live in the US (up to 12 individual sessions per year August-July)


• •Unlimited access to 24/7 mental health support through the TalkNow option


• •Self-care videos (yoga, meditation, etc.)

Students will be able to access TimelyCare in a variety of ways (SSO chicklet, www.timelycare.com/nationaluniversity, and the TimelyCare app) using their student email address.

Whether you’re anxious or overwhelmed, you’ll be able to talk to a licensed provider from your smartphone or any web-enabled device. Licensed providers are available to offer mental health support via phone or secure video visits. TimelyCare’s counselors can treat/discuss a wide range of common conditions and issues, including stress, anxiety, relationships, and depression. Reach out and get started today!

Student Wellness staff can provide support and assistance to active students (including those on a leave of absence) with a variety of issues through one-on-one case management support. Here are some of the more frequent situations that staff works with students on:
- Mental health concerns (anxiety, depression, etc.)
- Housing, financial, and food insecurities
- Financial wellness and budgeting
- Other personal matters impacting academic success
